On Sunday, Matt and I went to "The Oven" for some Indian food. The restaurant is in the Haymarket area, which means it's pretty classy. Even though the restaurant is a nice one, I like how they had a folk-type band playing there. Nothing says classy cultural food like a folk band. One lady was singing while playing the keyboard and kept shutting her eyes, it was really annoying.
Another annoying thing is that my math group was supposed to meet, and two out of the four did not show up! So it was just me and one other guy working out all the problems. I don't want to be the tattle-tale, but you better believe I told my prof about it. Muhahaha. She felt really bad and said I could even hand-pick my group after the test. Now I just have to wait and see which students have the highest scores! haha
I didn't have to go to SMS (Scott Middle School) on Monday because I went to the conference on Saturday, so I got to sleep in for once. Very nice. I still managed to wake up before 9am!
Today I skipped out on step class; I really like spinning and butts&guts, but step is
so boring. I think I'm going to switch it to "Pop Jam." I've taken tons of step classes and loved them, and this was not up to par. The music was horrible, the instructor was really bad, and I never look forward to it. Pop Jam is supposed to be similar, except it's working out to pop music and there is more dancing involved, which i LOVE. I hope this is the last switch, because I can't keep changing my schedule around. That'll start next week, so this situation is to be continued. Instead of step, I did some Dance Dance Revolution.
To end this entry, here's the
