Bradley's First Birthday

Bradleys first birthday party came and went. It was such a blur with the stress of the move that putting it together was easy, it was bumblebee themed complete with a 3-D beehive cupcake tower. Brad was happy and very good at his party. Here are some pics below. On his actual birthday, we decided to go out as a family of four for a laid back dinner at Original Pancake House. The boys enjoyed this more than the party, hehe.

Leaving Royal Oak

On June 4th we officially moved out of Royal Oak and into Bloomfield Hills. It was a hard process with two little kids, but we thought it was best to try and sell our old house without our stuff in it. It really paid off because after a million showing in the first few days, we had 2 offers by the end of the week. The inspection and appraisal are complete and we at just awaiting good results and a closing date. Life at the new house has been a great thing. We have more room, are closer to Matt's workplace and Sean's school, and our neighborhood is very friendly. Sean asked to go back to his room a lot and didn't sleep well the first few weeks, but he is starting to love our new life here too. We are almost unpacked and expect to bring our staged furniture from Royal Oak soon and then I will take pictures!
