10 months

Sean has been moving all over the place. He gets into anything and everything. He learned how to stand, cruise and walk with his push-toy all in a matter of weeks. We bought a gate for the kitchen since that is his favorite place to go. When he's in there, he goes through the cupboards, so I am going to get some cabinet locks too. At the doctor's, he weighed 19 1/2 pounds. Dr. W said Sean is doing very well and for me to keep up the good work!

Toshiba Satellite

I finally bought a laptop. Compaq doesn't have a built in webcam in my price range so I did some research and opted to go with a Toshiba Satellite. The model I bought is not a netbook, but the screen is smaller than a standard laptop at 13.3 inches. I will have a portable , yet not too tiny laptop. It also has a built-in webcam (duh) and a touchpad, which I heard isn't always standard in Toshibas. It is being shipped and I hope to receive it by the end of the week! I backed up my files and am waiting patiently for it, while drumming my fingers and looking out the window...

Happy Mother's Day!

I want to wish all the mothers out there a wonderful Mother's Day! Matt, Sean and I went out to brunch at McCormick and Schmick's. They had a large display of salads, seafood, breakfast food, and desserts. Matt and I hadn't eaten this well since Disney! Sean eats table foods now and tried salmon for the first time. Sean eats everything and isn't phased by new foods. I hope he doesn't get pickier as he gets older! A nearby diner referred to Sean as a "she". He was wearing a blue sweater and has short hair. I guess his face is just too beautiful =)
