Update: The house mentioned below is apparently not on the best street. It's a good city, neighborhood, but the street itself is a little rundown so everyone has been telling us it will be really hard to resell. :( booooo. Back to square one.
Matt and I saw a house today that we LOVED. Stay tuned and hopefully it'll be ours (contingent upon my parents seeing it, us getting our offer, the inspection going well, etc....)

I saw John Edwards on Jay Leno the other day, and he seemed genuine (an amazing feat for a politician). I'm going to keep my eye on him, but I seriously don't know if he'll emerge as the Democratic candidate.
