Need to Vent

What was supposed to be a relaxing weekend turned into a crazy one. Unfortunately Matt got into a car accident (it's okay he's not hurt) and now we have to deal with fixing my car and insurance. What's worse is that our cell phones now cease to exist and Sprint could care less because we signed a contract until May. Lastly, I have a referral to take physical therapy b/c my neck is all weird from now having a desk job, but of course Blue Cross has all of these restrictions for it to be considered "in-network" and covered.

Basically we're on the phone (mostly on hold) whenever we have a free second to deal with *bitchy* customer service people. Why are they always in a bad mood? And if they're not nice people, they should really not choose a job where they interact with people all day. Give me an overseas Indian rep any day, at least they are nice.

So pretty much I'm waiting for things to calm down. We've been wanting to fix our garage and do other minor things around the house, but things keep coming up where we need to pay for something we didn't anticipate.
